Illustrative Demonstration Visuals: Demo visuals, preview cards, and sample artworks displayed across the Exifio website, documentation, and product showcase interfaces were generated using Google Gemini multimodal AI models and are utilized solely for educational and illustrative workflow demonstrations.
Exifio does not claim ownership of user-uploaded assets processed through the desktop client. All generated metadata belongs entirely to the contributor.
2. Terms of Service & Intellectual Property
All software functionality, native Rust/Tauri architecture, user interface design, proprietary metadata taxonomy logic, documentation, and written materials on this website and within the Exifio application are the original proprietary work of Exifio and protected under applicable international copyright and intellectual property laws.
3. Microstock Trademarks Disclaimer
Adobe Stock, Shutterstock, Magnific, Vecteezy, Depositphotos, Dreamstime, 123RF, Alamy, VectorStock, and Pixta are registered trademarks of their respective owners. Exifio is an independent desktop utility and is not officially affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these microstock platforms.
4. Privacy Policy & Local Security
Exifio operates on a strict zero-knowledge local-first architecture. All microstock passwords, FTP tokens, and session credentials are encrypted locally on the user's personal computer using OS-level secure storage and are never transmitted to, stored on, or processed by Exifio cloud servers.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
The Exifio desktop application, documentation, and related services are provided strictly on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. Exifio does not warrant that software operations will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with future third-party microstock API or protocol revisions.
Under no circumstances shall Exifio be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from third-party agency moderation decisions (including file rejections or account status alterations), network transmission timeouts, or changes to microstock contributor terms.
6. Subscriptions, Payments & Refund Policy
All paid subscription plans (Starter, Pro, Unlimited, All-in-One) are securely processed through Patreon. Subscribers may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel recurring memberships at any time directly through their Patreon account settings without cancellation fees or advance notice requirements.
Financial transactions, currency conversions, billing cycles, and refund inquiries are governed exclusively by Patreon's Terms of Use and Community Guidelines. Exifio does not directly collect, store, or process payment card details.
